• Used on medium and heavy pedestrian traffic floors.

• Used as a self-leveling coating for interior and exterior surfaces with uneven floors between 1 and 10 mm thickness.

• Can be applied to concrete, ceramic, marble, and both old and new floor surfaces.

Ensure that the surface is sound, clean, and free of dust. Any substances that may reduce adhesion—such as oil, grease, rust, or similar residues—must be thoroughly removed. There should be no loose particles on the surface. Any defects or damages in the substrate must be repaired beforehand.

Preparation of the Mixture:
For a 20 kg JELBETON mix, pour 5 liters of clean water into a mixing bucket. Gradually add the material into the bucket while mixing with a low-speed mixer for approximately 5 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. After letting the mixture rest for about 5 minutes, remix for around 30 seconds to make it ready for application.

Application Method:
The prepared mortar is self-leveling. The thickness of the material should be adjusted using a notched trowel. Air bubbles on the surface must be removed with a spiked roller. Do not add water during the setting time. The applied surface must be protected from rain, water, mechanical impact, and all external factors for at least 4 days during and after application.
